The Office of Student Affairs has a Dean of Student Affairs, who takes care of the student matters. And a secretary who assist the Dean of Student Affairs.

There are few sub section under the Office of Student Affairs which are Student Guidance, Extracurricular-Activities, Sanitation & Heath, Physical Education, Campus & Community Labor Program, Counseling Services & Guidance, Overseas Chinese & Foreign Students and Hostel. There are a total of 8 sub sections.

Based on the school exhortation to students, which are the spirits of [honest, fine, pro, new]. The Office of Student Affairs takes the jobs as below.

1. Raise the relationship between the teachers and the students.
2. Take care of all activities inside / outside the schools for the student's security.
3. Encourages the student to pursue remarkably and build a high quality compus culture.
4. Serves the nearby DALI industry park to strive for the producing study cooperation turning point.
5. Promote counseling, teach, and auxiliary three in one idea, achieves the entire personality to foster the education goal.
6. Encourages the teachers and students to participate in the extracurricular activity, makes Hsiuping as a healthy and vigor school.
