Department of International Business Management
The Department aims to cultivate students with knowledge of
business administration as well as a globalized and computerized
vision of the business world. Students learn business diagnosis,
decision analysis, and financial control.
The departmental courses, which are divided into four main
fields including business management and administration, finance
management, e-business skills, and foreign languages, are designed to
help students to apply the techniques of business administration to
practical management. Putting great emphasis on Academy-Industry
Cooperation to promote the application of the knowledge-based
economy, The Department also contracts alliances with enterprises to
provide students with more job opportunities.

Department of Financial Management
The Department offers programs to training students to be
financial planning analysts. Students are expected to master the
necessary theories and practices through the departmental curriculum
arrangement to meet the requirements of financial labor market.
Because of the importance of having certificates to be employed in
financial labor markets, students are requested to pass qualification
examinations to get fundamental certificates.
In order to help students to realize the financial system in the real
world, the Department has the industry-academy cooperation program
with business settings. The Department also builds up labs with
simulation software and devices to offer students the practical
environment of the real financial market operations.

Department of Human Resource Development
The educational goal of the department is to cultivate the professional of human resources development which combine the technological vocation education. Human resources is a critical factor of Taiwan’s advantage. In the view of more and more specialization in large-scaled business, global strategic and vigorous development in service industry in the future. It’s necessary to keep suitable and high quality human resource for business/organization to create more value and advantage. The educational goal of this department is to provide the well-trained expert of HRM/HRD by ways of fostering holistic human literacy and sensitivity in human being initially. For the purpose of nurturing the experts who possess academic and practiced abilities, beyond the relevant theories in HRM such as recruitment, selection, staffing, training, development and employee relations we provided, our program also contact with the practitioners closely to provide practical training courses.

Department of Marketing and Distribution Management
The department of Marketing and Distribution Management aims to develop marking, planning, and logistic management programs. With in professional field, the Department focuses on the studies of commercial E-business. The curriculum design includes an applied information series to ensure the integration of management skills and modern technology. To cultivate students’ international-views of the world, emphasis in the Department is placed especially upon the foreign language abilities. In addition, the seminars in marketing, planning, and distribution management help student understand operating conditions in a variety of modern business lines or modes, so that practical skills and academic theory can be combined and reinforced each other in a complementary manner.
